Registration
We request basic information for our administrative records and provide you with an overview of the consultation process. Your consultation fee of $50 will be credited toward any surgical procedures performed.

Consultation
Dr. Calobrace, Dr. Mizuguchi or one of our cosmetic nurse consultants will speak with you about your wishes and desires. You will be examined and a plan will be formulated about how to achieve your goals. We believe you need to be well-informed about the actual process of preparing for and recovering from cosmetic or reconstructive surgery.

Choosing a surgeon is an intensely personal decision. We encourage you to take time to ask the doctor and his staff any questions you may have. We believe you will find everyone to be very friendly and open. Please feel free to ask any questions or inform a staff member of any concerns.

Imaging
Computer imaging can aid in your decision and be a useful informational tool.

Pre-procedure photographs will be taken be taken of you at your consultation or pre-operative appointment, and post-procedure photos will be taken at a post-operative follow-up appointment after your healing process.

Education
Brochures and information packets for you to take with you and read for your information are available for many procedures. Before and after photograph books and computer imaging are also available and can be very helpful in illustrating results of previous patients. Many of our staff members have had cosmetic procedures, and you may talk to them about their experiences and feelings about their results.

Cost/Timing
You will briefly meet with one of our Surgery Scheduling Coordinators to discuss fees and costs. If you have a specific date in mind, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. To schedule a specific date and guarantee it for your surgery, a deposit of 20% of your surgeon’s fee is required. If you have a date in mind now, we encourage you to call our Surgery Scheduling Coordinator now and book your date, even before your consultation. If you are still in the information-gathering phase, she will try to be sure all of your questions are answered.

Further Consultation
Your consultation includes a second visit if you have further questions for the physician or any member of our staff. You will always meet with the physician at your preoperative visit to make final plans.

Facilities
Refreshments are available for your enjoyment. We will do our best to ensure that your experience is informative and enjoyable.
