As plastic surgeons, Dr. Nana Mizuguchi and I believe that giving our patients the ability to connect with our Louisville, KY clinic helps them feel confident and at ease with the treatment process, whether they’re interested in a spa procedure or plastic surgery. Open dialogue helps us remain in touch with the needs and desires of our patients and their unique situations, and it helps our patients know what special things we have going on.
There are several ways we regularly communicate with our patients:
- RealSelf contributions: If you haven’t visited this great website already, RealSelf is a wonderful forum that allows us to answer the questions of real people interested in different procedures. Users can post anonymously, write reviews, and get quick third-party opinions on their personal experiences. Both Dr. Mizuguchi and I contribute to the website frequently. Both of us are designated “Distinguished Members” on the site, and we find it’s a wonderful way to speak candidly with people, educate, and learn about what patients are interested in at the moment.
- Private Consultations: Every procedure we do begins with a consultation. This meeting is the best opportunity for patients to ask any questions they may have and consider specific details about what they want done. Perhaps more importantly, though, this is the best time to truly connect with us. We want to get to know you as a person and understand your motivations, and we want to make you feel understood, confident, and excited. This is your opportunity to determine if we are the right practice for you and your goals.
- Facebook: This is probably the most fun way we connect with our patients. We love seeing your posts about health and beauty, and we frequently update our own page with practice news, information on new techniques and products within the plastic surgery field, and special promotions. The best way to stay up to date on all Calobrace & Mizuguchi Plastic Surgery Center news is to like our Facebook page.
Being available to our patients is important to us. Those are just a few of the ways we try to connect with you, and another way is this blog! Leave us a comment if you’re interested in any procedures, or call us at (502) 899-9979.
